Will Sheard

Group Coordinator & Managing Director

Will started Outright Adventure back in 2015, with a vision to create an outdoor youth group open to everyone. He's a keen climber, bushcrafter and our camp cook! Will oversees the day to day running of the youth group

Mike Peters

Rangers & Pursuits Section Coordinator & Director

Mike joined Outright Adventure just after we started in 2015, he's an avid climber, hill walker and spends much of his time on boats up and down the Solent. Mike runs our Rangers age group and is our archery instructor.

Sara Hawker

Pioneers & Fledglings Section Coordinator & Director

Sara joined in 2016 starting up our Pioneers age group, and became a director in 2017. Sara enjoys spending time being mindful in the New Forest and making natural arts and craft projects.

Sam Grimes

Section Assistant

Sam joined us in 2017 volunteering with Pioneers & Rangers. You can normally find him by looking for the orange glow of a big campfire! Sam gets stuck in with every activity as long as it doesn't involve getting in the water!

Darren Smith

Section Assistant

Darren joined us back in 2017 but not as a leader, he was one of our first members in the Rangers age group. Since turning 18 he's joined our Rangers leadership team, passing back the skills learnt along the way to new members.

Charlie Smith

Section Assistant

Charlie joined our team in 2023 as the Fledglings section assistant, bringing a wealth of experience from the early years sector. Her knack for engaging young minds is invaluable to us.. Charlie's newfound interest in Geocaching reflects her natural curiosity and love for outdoor exploration.

Ayrton Hall

Section Assistant

Ayrton joined the team in 2023 as one of our Rangers section assistants, bringing with him a deep passion for rust, otherwise known as old Land Rovers, coupled with a keen interest in mechanics and engineering. His expertise not only enriches our outdoor programs but also inspires a sense of adventure and technical curiosity among our Rangers.
