Joining: your registration goes straight to Navigate, our membership system. If Navigate cannot take it at that moment, the website keeps it only until it can, then deletes its copy.

Volunteering and contact: what you send is kept on the website so we can reply. Only our administrators can see it.

Donations are handled by GoCardless on its own pages. Your bank details never reach this website.

We use Umami to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. The website runs no advertising trackers, and our host keeps standard server logs to keep the site running.

If you allow it, Umami also records how you move around the site, as replays and heatmaps, so we can see what works. Anything you type is hidden, and recordings are deleted after 30 days. Your browser remembers your answer; you can change it with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

To stop the forms being abused, the website remembers which internet address sent each one for ten minutes.

Photographs of young people appear only with a parent’s or carer’s consent.

Links to Navigate, GoCardless and easyfundraising take you to their own sites, which have their own privacy notices.

You can ask to see what this website holds about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@outrightadventure.co.uk and we will respond within a month.
